This proposal approves a new shaman on the protoDAO’s Baal/MolochV3 contract. This shaman will have “Manager” permissions — ie be able to mint and burn protoVOTEs and protoREP — which is what enables staking even with non-transferrable protoVOTEs.
The shaman to approve is deployed to 0xd63ee97de643d2525c5284b8b31b121d472a2b08 on OP Mainnet.
It is set as the eligibility module for the Role Curator hat (1.2.4.6).
