In Season 3, Stewards who wanted to step into a higher level of engagement via a compensated role were able to do so by claiming the Role Curator hat, which gave them the power to permissionlessly create a specific role for themselves (via a hat) for the season.
As a result of opting into this higher level of engagement, these Stewards staked protoVOTES to become eligible for retroactive compensation at the end of the season. In Season 3, Haberdasher Labs, Inc. allocated 10k OP for Season 3 retroPGF as an initial experiment. Haberdasher Labs intends to continue this experiment at the same level in Season 4.
Following are the OP distributions from Season 3, allocated based on the outcomes of the Season 3 Steward Circle protoREP allocations for those who claimed the Role Curator hat and followed through on the responsibilities of that hat. These distributions are conditional upon the recipient passing KYC and providing necessary tax documents.
