Steward protoVOTE allocations for Season 2

This proposal grants protoVOTEs to Stewards for Season 2.

The first set of Stewards to receive their allocation of Season 2 protoVOTEs are the returning Stewards from Season 1. This group receives an additional 100 protoVOTEs each to use in Season 2.

The second set of Stewards to receive their allocation of Season 2 protoVotes via this proposal are the new Stewards who have existing protoREP. While other new Steward can onboard and receive their 100 starting protoVOTEs via the Hats Onboarding Shaman, Stewards who already have protoREP cannot. Instead, they can reboard via the shaman to convert their protoREP to protoVOTEs, and their additional starting 100 protoVOTEs will come from this proposal.

This proposal has now been submitted onchain.

Here is a tenderly simulation of the proposal execution, where you can see the 100 new protoVOTEs added to each of the 16 addresses.

Note that, like most other ERC20 tokens, protoVOTEs have 18 decimals, so the raw amounts are 100 * 10^18 = 100,000,000,000,000,000,000

This proposal has been cancelled, as one of the addresses listed above did not yet have protoREP in the account wearing their steward hat, and as a result they were able to call the onboard function to claim their 100 protoVOTES as a new steward.

The proposal will be resubmitted soon omitting this address – I will post here in the forum when it has been proposed.

Proposal has been resubmitted, with one change: the address 0x0b06ca5DcC8A10Be0951d4E140D4312702B8D0EC belonging to Yamine was removed, as it already received 100 protoVOTES via the onboarding process described above
